VPAEDIA VIDEO CONTRIBUTION & EMBEDDING DISCLAIMER


1. Content Ownership & Responsibility 

Vpaedia is a platform dedicated to sharing knowledge through video. All content submitted by contributors remains the intellectual property of its original creators. By uploading or submitting videos to Vpaedia, contributors affirm that: 

  • They own the content or have the necessary rights to publish it. 
  • The content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights. 
  • They grant Vpaedia a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote their content.
  • Vpaedia does not claim ownership over creator-submitted content unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.


2. Embedding Third-Party Content 

Vpaedia may embed educational or insightful video content from platforms such as YouTube. All embedded videos:  

  • Are displayed using the official embed tools provided by their original host (e.g., YouTube’s iframe feature). 
  • Remain the property of their respective creators and channels. 
  • Are embedded only if publicly accessible and embedding is permitted by the video host. 
  • Vpaedia does not download, store, or alter third-party content without permission.


3. Monetization & Fair Use 

  • Vpaedia does not monetize, rehost, or modify third-party videos. If advertising is displayed on pages that include embedded videos, it is not directly tied to the embedded content unless an explicit license or partnership is in place.
  • All use of embedded media aims to comply with fair use principles for the purpose of education, commentary, and public interest. 


4. Content Removal Requests 

If you are the owner of any video content embedded on Vpaedia and would prefer it not be featured, please contact us with the video URL and your request. We respect the rights of all creators and will promptly remove or adjust content as appropriate. 


5. Community Contributions 

Creators are invited to contribute original educational video content to Vpaedia. For full guidelines on submissions, licensing, and attribution, please refer to our Contributor Policy



CONTRIBUTOR POLICY

VPAEDIA - Contributor Terms of Upload 


1. Ownership and Rights 

Contributors affirm that all submitted content is original or legally licensed for their use, and does not 

infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party. 


2. Publication Policy 

Vpaedia publishes content in full, without editing or modification. This preserves the contributor's 

intent and establishes a clear boundary of responsibility. 


3. Review Process 

Submissions are reviewed for clarity, and educational value. Approval does not constitute 

endorsement or legal validation of the content. 


4. Legal Responsibility 

Contributors remain fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, and intellectual ownership of the 

content they submit. This includes responsibility for any claims of infringement, defamation, or 

misrepresentation. 


5. Content Removal 

Vpaedia reserves the right to remove any content found to be in violation of these terms, or if legally compelled by governing authorities. The contributor agrees that decisions on content removal rest solely with Vpaedia and are final. 


6. Indemnity 

Contributors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vpaedia and its operators from any claims, 

damages, or liabilities arising from their submitted content. 


7. Agreement Acknowledgment 

By submitting content to Vpaedia, the contributor acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.

All published content on Vpaedia is contributed either directly by creators or embedded from third-party platforms using their official tools. For third-party videos, Vpaedia displays content through authorized embed mechanisms provided by the original hosts.

The views expressed in these materials do not necessarily reflect those of Vpaedia. All contributors are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of the content they provide.
